I'm Kass - I'm from Rochester and have lived here all my life. I got into bookkeeping because I love puzzles and have a good head for numbers, but also really love helping other small business owners thrive. I'm married and we have a cat named Sully and a German Shepherd named Illy. I also co-own Tru Yoga in the Southwedge with my friend Vanessa, so when I'm not doing books you'll probably find me practicing & teaching yoga.

I offer bookkeeping for small businesses, particularly those working in the "self care" industries - therapists, hair stylists, yoga studios/teachers, body work practitioners, etc.

Cost: It varies depending on the client, type of work, complexity, etc. My monthly minimum is $245 BUT I'm finally in a position where I can offer deep discounts/solidarity pricing to folks who need it.

Location: I live in Rochester and love working with local clients. However, my services are all offered remotely, so I can work with folks from anywhere.

We currently offer monthly and quarterly bookkeeping services

Cost: $355/mo minimum for monthly bookkeeping ($255/mo minimum for quarterly bookkeeping & smaller businesses)

Location: We are fully remote and accept clients across the U.S.!

Note: The first step in taking on a new bookkeeping client is to do a diagnostic review of the current books, as every businesses needs will vary, this allows us to determine what work needs to be done and accurately price our services. The cost for our diagnostic review is $150 but in support of the community we would like to waive this fee to anyone reaching out from this platform, please mention that you found us here and the diagnostic review is on us!

I am from buffalo but have lived in Rochester since high school! I am a newly licensed realtor looking to help people. I truly am devastated at this time in our world. I feel small as I fear most of us do. Honestly I’ve been thinking about giving real estate up because of these things but maybe it’s important to be present in the uncertainty most people will face.

Cost: 3% of purchase price is common. With changes in field it is now very much up for debate if the seller or buyer will pay. Commission is and always has been negotiable!

I'm currently the Residential Energy Advisor at the Climate Solutions Accelerator (a.k.a. AMPED). The Accelerator is a local nonprofit committed to creating a healthier, more equitable, and regenerative community by catalyzing local efforts to eliminate greenhouse gas emissions and address the effects of climate change.

AMPED offers free Energy Advisor services for homeowners AND renters in the 9-county Finger Lakes region. We can help connect you with state/federal incentives and programs to cover the cost of home repairs and energy efficiency upgrades! If you are income eligible, you could receive up to $10,000 in grants for home energy upgrades. We also assist with connecting you to local services and programs depending on your needs.
